Death of Kings
Part of the The Dark God's Son series:
  • Death of Kings

When Maolmordha’s son is delivered to Lournedal, king of the Ildra’kai, the kingdom clamors for his destruction, but compassion stays his hand. Raising him as his son, Lournedal helps suppress the dark rages within Muireadac. However, when war ravages the land, the dark god’s son takes up the sword.

While his might proves instrumental in defeating the enemy, battle lust unleashes the malevolence Muireadac has struggled to contain. Fulfilling his father’s designs, Muireadac turns against the man who raised him, intent upon eradicating the Ildra’kai and unleashing damnation. While a rakish prince marshals an army to stem the tide of encroaching darkness, the key to countering Muireadac’s might lies in the hands of a rag-tag fellowship embarking on a seemingly hopeless quest.

About the Author

Timothy Mount originated in Los Angeles then bounced around California before his family settled down in the fiery pits of Hell, err, umm, make that Bakersfield. After winning some state and national debate champions with Bakersfield College that he is wont to brag about (seriously, if you ever meet him, don’t bring up the topic of college debate: just don’t) he was awarded a scholarship to Pace University.

After graduating he decided it was a good idea to take out all the student loans in the world in an aborted attempt to get a PhD in English Lit, settling for an M.A. instead (also, don’t bring up the topic of student loans if you meet him. On second thought, just don’t talk to the guy). He then settled into a career in teaching in New Jersey with the obligatory wife, kids, and cats
